FAQs

Absolutely. If I can help make someone's wedding experience everything they've dreamed of without fear of judgment, then that's all I can really ask for. My aim is always to create a space that is safe and respectful, and every single person should have access to that. Flowers are so representative of a couple, and the details and personality they can portray are something really unique and special.
I constantly keep learning about how I can make sure my business is as inclusive as it can be, and I always welcome feedback if I’ve not got something right. I’m proud to be part of the Rebel Love Directory which is a carefully curated and queer run space for LGBTQ+ couples to find the right suppliers for them.

I offer a fully bespoked wedding flower service. This means that my designs are created around you and your needs.

Yes. My work is foam free, meaning I do not use floral foam and instead choose mechanics that can be reused or composted. I use British flowers wherever possible, and I’m working towards growing more of my own. I avoid plastics where I can, and any leftover flowers are either dried or composted.

Yes! I love travelling for weddings. As an alternative wedding florist, I know options are limited for alternative couples, so travelling means you can have the suppliers that align with you. Travel costs for weddings within 50 miles of my workshop are included in your quote, and after that I add a 50p per mile fee. For weddings that are more than 1.5 hours away from my workshop, I may have to consider accommodation for two nights before your wedding. This limits the risk of delays on the day, and means I can create your flowers closer to the venue and they can be transported safely. This will all be discussed with you during your initial enquiry.

You can absolutely make requests, and I will honour those as much as I can. However I can never guarantee specific flowers as there are various factors that can make things unavailable. I work with the seasons, so if something isn’t growing at that time of year, I don’t use them (eg, no peonies in November!)

Head to the contact page to get in touch!

When you first get in touch, we’ll have a consultation call so we can all get to know each other abit, and I can find out more about you and your ideas. From there, I’ll create a personal proposal with ideas and costs which should hopefully give you an idea of what I can do for you. If you decide you want to go ahead with me as your wedding florist, you pay a deposit to secure the date, and that’s it all confirmed! The whole process takes 1 - 3 weeks depending on availability.
-
The price of your flowers is based on your needs., Example pricing can be found on my Weddings page. Your initial quote will list each element cost so you can see where your money is going, which means there’s no hidden costs. Labour and delivery are calculated from the cost of your flowers, and additional fees for services such as room/venue turn around, collections and hires may be included if required.
-
The deposit to secure your booking is 30% of the total quote, and the remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before your wedding date.
-
Additional fees are only applicable for certain services. I offer venue or room resetting and next day collections at an additional cost and various hireable items such as bottles and candlesticks.
Travel and accomodation may be required depending on your location, and this will be discussed with you when you enquire.

I recommend enquiring 6 months - 1 year before your wedding but my diary opens 18 months in advance.
